Refund Policy


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
Everyone who shops on Fit & Healthy People receives the following guarantees for each purchase:

1. Full refund if you don’t receive your order

You will get a full refund if your order does not arrive within the delivery time, promised by our Shipping terms.

How it works:

You need to prove that you did not receive your order within the stated delivery time and you will get a full refund.


Full refunds are not available in the following circumstances:

-Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
-Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the seller’s control (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by natural disaster)
-Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of Fit & Healthy People


2. Refund for items not as described or defective items

You can get a full refund if you received item other than one you've ordered or if the item is defective.

Full refunds are not available in the following circumstances:
-You didn't take into account our suggestions about size.

How it works:
Please take a photo of the item and send it along with the explanation.
Once your e-mail is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us on our contact page.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email with the proof (photos of an item) and we will send you the new one.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
